Home remedies for healthy and glowing skin
Healthy and glowing skin is something that everyone desires. Pollution, stress, unhealthy diet, lack of sleep and use of chemicals can damage the skin. To prevent such problems, you can do simple treatments at home.
01.Natural cleansing is the first step in the care routine. This process will remove dirt and oil. Mix a few drops of rose water with raw milk twice a day, dip a cotton pad in it and wipe your face thoroughly. By doing this, the skin gets refreshed.
02.Also, to remove dead skin cells and get new skin, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey and massage in circular motions for 2 minutes 1-2 times a week.
03.For normal to dry skin, mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey and apply it on the face for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water. For oily and acne-prone skin, mix 1 tablespoon of multani mitti with rose water and apply it on the face and wash it off after drying to prevent acne.
04.By keeping the skin moisturized, you can make the skin soft. For this, aloe vera gel can be used for all skin types, coconut oil for dry skin and almond oil for night care, it is good to apply a small amount every day before going to bed.
05.Also, drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day to make the face glow. In addition, you can add lemon or cucumber slices. This can keep the skin hydrated.
06.Include fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, yogurt and coconut water in your daily diet to get clear skin. Not only that, but avoiding oily and spicy foods will also help prevent acne and dull skin.
07.To treat acne, apply aloe vera gel directly on the pimples before going to bed. This will help reduce inflammation.
08.To prevent sun damage and skin discoloration, mix aloe vera gel with carrot juice and apply it before going out. Wear hats or use an umbrella as much as possible.
09.To get youthful skin, you should sleep for 7-8 hours daily and avoid using mobile phones before going to bed. This will also prevent the appearance of dark circles.
10. To open the pores on the face and remove impurities, boil water with neem leaves or green tea and steam your face for 5-7 minutes. It is best to do this once a week.
